The industry events calendar on archpaper.com. It replaced The Events Calendar, Events Calendar Pro and Community Events, and all three WordPress plugins are now off. The final import moved 4,326 events plus their venues and organizers into Supabase, and the old event, venue and organizer URLs redirect to the new pages.
The app is Nuxt 4 on Cloudflare Workers. Pages render inside the live WordPress theme through an App Shell page template, so readers never leave the site's header and navigation. Pages are cached in KV, images live in R2 and get resized through the Images binding, and the calendar publishes iCal and RSS feeds plus its own sitemap index.
Anyone can submit an event. Each submission is scored by a moderation model on Workers AI, checked for duplicates, and posted to Slack with Approve and Reject buttons. Editors also work the queue from a calendar admin in an-backend and a wp-admin plugin, and repeat offenders can be blocked.
