The infrastructure behind my own apps. Two Orange Pi 5 boards and a Raspberry Pi CM4 replica run Postgres in a high availability cluster with Patroni, etcd and HAProxy. Seven self-hosted Supabase stacks sit on top of it behind Envoy gateways. They moved here from a Mac on August 24, 2026, and trimming each stack to what it uses took them from about 30 GB to a few hundred MB apiece.
A Pi 5 replaced the router, running nftables and dnsmasq with VLANs on an Omada switch, and it has its own Nuxt dashboard with PAM login. The cluster also hosts a self-hosted arm64 GitHub Actions runner, a systemd watchdog that restarts unhealthy containers, and a monthly export of monitoring history to R2.
