Swiftly

Swiftly manages Gmail signatures for a whole organization. Admins build signature templates and schedule the content in them to rotate, for example a banner that changes with each campaign. A push engine writes the result to every mailbox, using Google Workspace domain-wide delegation where the admin grants it and per-user OAuth where they don't.

It has an admin console, Stripe billing per seat, and a Gmail Chrome extension. The app is Nuxt on Cloudflare Workers with a self-hosted Supabase behind it and row-level security on every table, tested with Playwright and Vitest.

It's live at swiftly.biz and running on my own mailboxes. Outside customers are waiting on Google's CASA security review.
